Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Highly-organized, capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments;
  • Excellent interpersonal skill; and
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with good command of Putonghua being an asset.

Responsibilities
  • To perform R&D functions including, project design and solicitation, proposal writing, business plan development, IP and information management, etc.; 
  • To supervise a team of project officers and monitor work of subordinates;

  • To play a key role in R&D publicity events or programmes organized by HKRITA;
  • To prioritize tasks based on their functions and importance; and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline;
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience, with experience in R&D, project design, machinery development, textile or fashion related industry being an advantage; 
  • Highly-organized, capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments; 
  • Excellent interpersonal skill; and 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with good command of Putonghua being an asset.

Assistant Human Resources Manager (Ref. No.: HKRITA-AHRM-08/16)
Responsibilities
  • To perform all-rounded HR functions covering staff recruitment & orientation, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff discipline & grievances, and ad-hoc projects;
  • To assist in the development, review and implementation of Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operation manuals, so as to ensure the HR policies & procedures are in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations of HKSAR;
  • To plan, implement and monitor training & development programmes to ensure the staff performance are in line with the organisation’s objectives;
  • To assist in manpower planning and prepare analytical reports for management review;

Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • At least five years of solid experience in HR management;
  • Possess good analytical, organization and problem-solving skills;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications; and

Responsibilities
  • To carry out marketing/ promotion plan for upcoming key marketing events including symposium, conference and roadshows;
  • To be responsible for the operations and logistics of the marketing events, such as registrations, logistic arrangement, speaker invitations, floor management and liaison with supporting vendors, etc.;
  • To handle administration and procurement works of these events and be responsible for relevant documentations;
  • To liaise with external vendors for design and production of promotional materials/ equipment for these marketing events;
  • To co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for implementation of the events;

Requirements
  • A recognised degree in Marketing, Communications or Business;
