Responsibilities
  • To assist the CEO to develop and implement policies and procedures relating to HKRITA’s corporate matters;
  • To act as Company Secretary to provide company secretariat support to the HKRITA Board and Committees, handle company secretarial matters to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • To be responsible for the appointment of and liaison with corporate lawyers/ patent attorneys on HKRITA’s legal matters and IP-related issues;
  • To be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of HKRITA, including financial planning and management, financial reporting, budgeting, audit matters, etc.;
  • To formulate and implement procurement processes / procedures in compliance with the relevant guidelines of the ITF/ HKSARG;

Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • At least 15 years’ specialist experience at supervisory level in finance, personnel management and operations; knowledge and awareness of operation of public/ non-profit organization is a plus;
  • Good business sense;
  • Being a highly-motivated individual who can solve problems, take initiative and prioritize developmental sequencing;
  • Being detail-oriented with good communication and management skills; and
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
